Smoked Ham and Parsley Salad Wraps

Ingredients to make Smoked Ham and Parsley Salad Wraps


  • 1 1/2 cups of parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 1 large red onion, finely diced
  • 3 teaspoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
  • 4 lebanese flatbread wraps
  • 2 tablespoons of hummus
  • 200g (7 oz) of lean smoked ham
  • 80g (3oz) green salad mix
  • salt and pepper




  • Combine the parsley, tomatoes, onions and extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar in a bowl and stir gently to mix the ingredients well
  • Spread each wrap with a little hummus
  • Top with slices of smoked ham
  • Divide the parsley salad between the wraps
  • Add green salad
  • Add salt and pepper, then roll the wrap to enclose the filling
