Smash! Fruit Juice


The Smash! fruit juice is a natural, sweet smoothie that all children should be drinking to provide the essential vitamins and minerals needed for a growing body. Drank best chilled or over ice, the Smash! fruit juice is a simple healthy beverage that children of any age can make in less than 10 minutes.

 

Ingredients:

 

  • quarter rock melon cut into small cubes
  • 5 large strawberries cut into quarters
  • 24 green grapes
  • Handful of blueberries
  • 10 raspberries
  • Sliver cut of watermelon finely cut into cubes

 

 

 

Instructions:

 

  • Gather all of the ingredients and add them a blender. Mix the ingredients in the blender until they form a smooth consistent juice.

 

  • Serve chilled or with Ice
