10 Super Foods Kids should not be going without





Blueberries have high levels of antioxidants which promote healthy cell growth. They also reduce the growth of cancerous cells.

Goal: Eat one cup full a day to get the full benefits of this super food.



Kiwi Fruit

Kiwi Fruit have high levels of minerals and vitamins which are important for healthy daya to day function. Kiwi fruit are also low in calories with one fruit only containing 45 calories.



Quinoa is a grain that cooks similarly to rice with a slightly nutty flavour. Quinoa packs more protein then any other grain on the market which is important for muscle development.
